All products repaired by the IES Group are warranted to our customer against defects in our material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of our repair invoice.
The liability of the IES Group under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair, at our choice, of any defective component(s) free of charge to our customer.
Freight and rush fees for returned product remain the responsibility of the customer.
Adjustment is contingent upon our examination of the repair and that the apparent defects have not been caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation or application, unauthorized repair during warranted period, alteration, accident or negligence in use, storage, transportation or handling.
We must be notified of any warranty claims before the end of the warranty period, together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period.
The IES Group shall not be liable for consequential damages for injury to persons or property or commercial loss or otherwise.
The IES Group is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and therefore is not a party to any manufacturers warranty that may or may not apply.
The IES Group is not responsible for any programming or customer parameters. This remains the responsibility of the customer. We warranty hardware and provide hardware service only.
The IES Group provides expertise and resources to perform the services you need when you need them.
